Conceptial idea software writer needed

 ok so what I want to do is to extract the Metadata ( song titles) from a barix extreamer using  its rs232 port  ( not listed as yet but sure that it can be done ) send this to an rds to produce scrolling text . Any  software writers with a clue please contact me .

If you use PIRA32 RDS Encoder, you should be able to do it without need of writing special software.
