Radiotext +

I think I set some parameters incorrectly but suddenly I find myself with Radiotext + where the first two characters are cut off. ??

They are not cut off - entire RT+ is shifted by 2 characters. Probably the same 2 characters which can be found in the original text after the 'ON AIR:' prefix but which do not appear in the final RT. Such 2 characters are probably incorrect (not spaces). It's hard to say what the cause is without knowing more information. Especially the original text and the command being sent to the encoder (Overview - Communication Monitor)

The cause was found: two empty spaces were inserted after the prefix "ON AIR"! :) :)

Finally I'm able to reproduce the erorr.

The reason is that you enabled the software RT+ encoder (Overview - Extensions). It should be disabled because your encoder supports RT+ directly. The XCMD command interpreter in the encoder automatically replaces two or more spaces by single space while the software RT+ encoder still assumes that no space was removed.
