Magic RDS Software - Twitter?

Is is possible to use a twitter feed as a feed for the RDS units RT+?

Twitterfeed is a utility that allows you to feed your content (for example, blog posts or any other content that supports RSS feeds) to twitter, Facebook, and other social platforms.

Thus I'm not sure how this could be done as the direction of the information is opposite. Or maybe I missed something?

This is a pretty old thread but I think I might be able to help clarify what the poster was asking about. I believe the question was regarding the possibility of using twitter as a way to pass text data (in the form of tweets) to an RDS encoder and then transmit it on the air. Twitter does have a bunch of APIs which might be helpful in doing this. Tweets posted to a particular twitter feed would have to be converted to RDS PS or RT. I would think this should be possible, assuming MagicRDS could be directed to look for the relevant text string on that twitter page/URL. Does this help?

There's no need to change anything in the RDS Magic. It already works thru RSS export.
