Android app with RDS support

I wonder if someone knows an Android app with at least RDS input from TCP address and port and save this as spy file (including time stamp).

Wine for Android (which I wanted to use with RDSSpy) does not work at all in my case.

Use case is TEF6686 radio in combination with the Android mobile. So no laptop is needed (for example hiking on the mountains) for capturing logs.

Or similar idea: An online service which has the same functionality like RDSSpy.
