P164 + Magic4 = different results (Radiotext)

I'm using the P163 and Magic4 software at multiple simulcasted sites.  I'm using the same .txt file from my automation ( %ARTIST% - %TITLE% ) and at one location, all the text is in CAPS and the other is "normal", upper and lower case.  I've gone through the software at both sites and the seem to be identical.  Any thoughts on what's going on?  Thanks.

Depending on the result required, turn on or turn off the conversion to CAPITALS.

External text tool - More Options or Sources/Text Processing Presets (depending on version)

Another question.

I have it setup to display Artist/Title in the PS and RT field.  It's working fine at one site but it's not displaying the Artist/Title in the RT field at the other site.  Thoughts?  Thanks.

Enable the Radiotext on the Radiotext card.

OK, go to System - Group sequence and click on the Default button. Then Test & Apply.
