hi i read that magic rds 4 is compatible with rds non pira.
to know if possible to use it on an axel dolphin?

This encoder uses proprietary structure and communication language but they indicate partial compliance with UECP so at least the Radiotext and other basic services should work, i.e. can be dynamically controlled. You may try it without any commitment.

Yes, why not? The only limitation are occasional ads inserted to RT.
