Some new car receivers can't read RT

Hello,
Recently, we have installed the P332 encoder. We have made some tests with Jazler Radio Star and we saw good results but some new cars receivers can't read RT. These cars read RT+ but not RT directly, you must push button "information" to read the RT.  Do you have any suggestions?

The RT either exists or not in the RDS data. There's no special RT version which is accessible only after clicking some button. Some receivers behave that way simply because their manufacturer did it that way.

A solution for that receiver is however on the way because Jazler team promised to implement RT+.

Jazler Soho (new product) has this feature but not Radio Star.
