Mixer Only Sees First Line

Silence Detector seems the perfect tool to monitor our station for silence. It worked great in testing but I can't get it to work with our on-air system with an ASI6640 audio card. We have four Line Ins (1 through 4) and want to monitor Line In 4 for silence. Opening the Mixer from the program only shows audio on Line In 1. Changing the Input Audio Device in the settings has no effect.
