how is it possible that i get week signal (1 bar)on 1 station with aproxx 65dbuv
and the other station with 65dbuv 4 bars?

The signal level has no bearing on the reception quality required for modulation measurements, except that at low levels the conditions are unlikely to be met.

The reception quality indicator entirely ignores the signal level. Please refer to the pdf manual for more information about what parameters and influences are monitored to determine the quality of reception. To improve the reception, especially in areas with many signals from several directions, use an antenna with directional effect and correct polarization. Also pay attention to the section discussing HD Radio (if applicable).
