Please provide more details about your issue.

The ECC service is "invisible", you cannot see it directly on common receiver. If both the ECC and PI are correct, the receiver can identify the country. To find the ECC and PI for your country, select Help - PI Calculator in the Magic RDS menu.

the tuner is compatible for flag display all other station are correct with flag in display.

pi code is correct

ec code is e3 but no flag in display

The ECC may be disabled or removed from the group sequence.

For pira encoder, type in Terminal:

ECC
ECCEN
GRPSEQ

each command followed by Enter.

You should see
ECC: E3
ECCEN: 1
GRPSEQ: symbol '1' present in the sequence

For UECP encoder, check the group sequence, it must contain 1A

What encoder do you have? It seems you've selected wrong model in the Connection or you're not connected at all.

Go to RDS Content - System, and add 1A to the group sequence, so entire group sequence will be for example

0A, 0A, 0A, 0A, 2A, 2A, 3A, 0A, 0A, 0A, 0A, 2A, 2A, 11A, 12A, 13A, 6A, 1A

In UECP encoders the group sequence works as enable/disable switch for several RDS services. Groups 1A are disabled by default.

The Group variant code sequence in the encoder is probably blank. I'm sorry. The UECP-based encoders are not intuitive in this regard. You need to study a lot of documents in order to put that simple function into operation.

You cannot solve it at this time. We will add the Group variant code sequence to upcoming Magic RDS version. Maybe it helps.
