Date and Time

This may seem like a silly question to many.
I was wondering how to send the date and time transmission at intervals?
For example: today is..... it is the time.....

See the extsrc.pdf, section 'Dynamic elements in the text'.

Today is %DATETIME:dddd%, it is the time %DATETIME:hh-nn%
etc.

The day names, if used, are automatically translated to your language (based on the Windows system locale).

The dynamic text elements are accepted anywhere in the text which is processed by the External Text Sources. So create a set of text messages as proposed in https://pira.cz/forum/index.php?topic=990.0 and put the above line to the plain text file.
