The UECP protocol does not support RT+ directly. Thus, a software RT+ encoder is required which translates the RT+ data to a stream of UECP packets, each containing the RT+ RDS groups.
In Overview / Extensions, enable the RT+ encoder.
There's also another solution, based on XCMD over UECP, but this is not supported by old PIRA32, so it does not apply to this case.
