I edited a .enc file to have 5 Text Messages and scheduled them to run at 1 minute intervals then 'restored' this to the P164.
Looking at the Group Analyzer within RDS Spy the RT messages were performed but if I 'Read' the Text Messages in the Device Setup screen using MagicRDS then they are not shown on the GUI.
I will see if it works on the new version but let me know if you want me to beta test it before release.

Your connection works in unidirectional mode, maybe you're not connected at all. In the Overview, you can see the connection status.

I am running version 4.0.28 although if I check for updates it says that 'Your version 4.0.28 is already up to date' (and this is the version downloadable from the website).
I have also checked the connection and Bidirectional is ticked with a 2000ms timeout.

« on: August 09, 2021, 08:07:04 pm »There's a bug (in versions prior to 4.0.29) which allows you to select the Backup option although your connection is configured as unidirectional, so any reply from the encoder is ignored.
Click on Edit connection and tick the Bidirectional checkbox.
