To get working RDS in all cars make sure that
1) PI is not set to 0xxx or FFFF
2) TP (Traffic Program) is enabled
3) you don't use scrolling PS (if you want to use dynamic PS, use word by word sequence - mode 0 or 2)
Radiotext service is usually not supported by car radios, thus car radios can't show Radiotext.

consult them good day if they had problems with their computers RDS Encoders, FM M31 computers, because we have connected cell phones work in the RDS, but not in cars.
