Your example applies to 50 kHz step. So did you mean 50 kHz step? It can be enabled in the FM Scope.

For the software:
Options - Preferences - General: Enable 50 kHz tuning step

For the equipment:
Options - DIP switches - Tuning step

25 kHz step is not supported by the hardware. Due to IF bandwidth you may tune to the nearest frequency possible, without considerably worse results.

How do I tune to a .25 frequency, like 92.25.  I'm in Thailand helping a friend.
