Simian tech support does not know how to setup their product to communicate with standard RDS encoder... Well.

I'm not sure if Simian finally supports serial communication like other broadcast automation systems do. If only TCP/UDP communication option is provided, you'll need some kind of converter from TCP to serial. This can be realized either by commercially available hardware or by some software utility (for example Pira cz Remote COM Port) or by the Magic RDS 4 and its Virtual port feature.

Simian tech had no idea how to complete this task and I am an equal amount of clueless.  Anyone who had experience in this able to offer some guidance?  Thanks!
