silence detector input
where I control the audio input that going into the detector.right now its the mic input and I need it to be the playlist software.

It was already answered here probably more times. If you open your sound card mixer (recording options), you may set Stereo output, Mixer output or similar option to monitor the sound that you playing on the PC.
