Silence Detection is playing back my feed all the time!
Hi, we feed our studio output to the line-in of a PC, with your silence detector "listening" for failures... we have MP3īs in the tasks... we want MP3īs to play during a silence... BUT the INPUT is playing constantly in the OUTPUT, so i cant use this for broadcast! please can you help me stop this input playing.... if I put it on air we will get a constant echo of our station output! many thanks

You are not true, the Silence detector does not affect this. Check the settings of your soundcard, especially turn off everything like Line-in in playback options.
