The take a screenshot feature appears to not work. I've been getting blank BMPs every time. This could be a Windows thing though that has a workaround, this box is only accessed with remote desktop so that might be messing it up.

Yes, it works on any common PC so the desktop screen is probably not available on your PC. Check power saving settings.
