Screen Shot

Perhaps you should explain how to set it up. I can not get it to work, nor can I get it to email the screenshot file because the screenshot file is never created.

Re: Screen Shot

If the alarm condition is really launched, you should check the file name (forbidden characters?), the path and extension (jpg/bmp). It's tested on various desktops with different color depth so I don't see any other reason for that problem. Unfortunatelly you haven't provided any information (settings screenshot, desktop settings, OS used etc.).

Using XP Pro SP3. I set the first alarm to create a SS using the filename C:\ss.jpg

The second alarm is to email me in the case of an alert (silence). I never get an email. So I checked a little further and found that the ss.jpg was never created. I also tried bmp instead. That did not work either. When I remove the SS alert and use just email, it does work. So it has to be a problem with the SS not being created or save which affects the email (I'm guess) because that ss.jpb attachment can not be found so the email is not sent?

Re: Screen Shot

Doing this I see no problem. The email is sent also if the file does not exist. So I suppose you have never evoked the alarm condition. You should check all settings and also check if the alarm condition is mentioned in the main window.
