I checked all of that. It still does not work. But it does work if I remove the SS alarm. Then I do get the email.
I have the SS alarm set as the first action. Then the email is set as the second action. All of the alarm conditions ARE set properly. Again, everything works fine if I remove the SS alarm. But with it, everything fails. I keep checking to see if the SS.jpg file exists and it doesn't.

This information is much more helpful. Is write access enabled to C:\ ? Did you try to change desktop size/color depth? I will look at it, maybe you should contact me on email.

Or maybe you have checked the option "Break the alarm task queue...", some sound is played during the alarm task queue and the rest is not executed.

I've got it working now. I had "Break the alarm task queue" enabled. Thanks for the help!
