Remote COM Port - strange problem

strange problem

hello,
i am using remote com port 1.4c the last years without problems..today i change studio rooms and when i connect again the pc i have this strange thing... in the clients field shous this
[272]192.168.1.210:23
and both HW and piracom only transmits and not recieve anything...
before i always show only the ip address without the [number]in front of the ip ...
what do you thing is this? thank you for your time...

i forgot to tell you that the only change is tp link 5-ports swith that i place this time to conect the pc,s of the studio...any time i powerd this of and on again, the [number] in front of the ip in the clients field of piracom is changed to something new ...[252] or [312]etc.

i am gonna crazy...any change that i made without switshes and anything, the same problem..
what is this !!!!!

You are not true, the [number] has been showed also before, it's the socket channel number created by the Windows and has nothing to do with your problem. I think your LAN topology and settings (router?) actually don't allow the connection you require. Take the LAN configuration back to the working state.

finaly it seems that there is no connetion from the rs232 to the board of the rds... i used the rds magic software and when is going to send data, it counts the transfer speed and after that shows comunication error..maybe the rds board have a problem...i wiil go the mountain to find what is wrong...thank you for your help...kindly George..
