This little piece of software seems to be exactly what I want - BUT: My devices that I want to access remotely end up around COM45, but piracom only lists COM1-COM8... :(
It may also be helpful to know that my device is a USB serial port from FTDI (FIFO to USB to virtual COM).

If you have only a few COM devices connected, it should be possible to change the COM45 to lower using the FTDI driver configuration. But it's not a problem to add next COM ports to piracom, up to 45. It should be in next version ;)

Hi,
I have same problem with COM ports, also in Magic RDS. Can you make both go up all the way to the max, 255, pls.
Is there some way to reset the serial enumerator in Windows? I looked but could not find it. The ports I am using have been created by FT232RLs, but the USBClean programme by FTDI does not seem able to reset the COM list.
Any help with this much appreciated.
