Problem TCP/IP control from P275 e FM Scope (wrong power supply adapter)

<< < (3/3)

Jan:
Thanks for the information. Please feel free to contact me via email to arrange the replacement. I'm eager to find out what happened to the Lantronix HW or SW.

Jan:
Received all three units. Thank you. They are operating normally in entire range of temperatures. Two Lantronix devices were set to incorrect speed 9600 and 19200 respectively. After setting 115200 everything works. Will keep it running for some day but I don't expect any issue. I guess you were not connected to the Lantronix but to some other device or service in the network? Or to port 80 instead of 10001?

Current P275E fw version supports also connection from a web browser so the HW operation can be verified that way as well. Try another 5V power supply.

Jan:
Finally, the cause was not the device itself or the network configuration, but the power supply adapter, which started to lose voltage after some time.

The label of the power supply adapter is attached. Thanks, Stanley.

Apparently, this is a problem with one series of these power supplies that were included with the devices in 2024. If you have this power supply, consider replacing it, we will send you another one for free. This only applies to the power supply with the specified label, year of sale and European plug. Generally, these power supplies were not the cheapest and their quality has been proven over the long term.
