Pira.cz Silence Detector not referencing ini file

Hi,
I am trying to use Pira.cz Silence Detector version 1.4f with an ini file piraside.ini. But the executable is not reading the ini file. Is there a previous version that does?

It reads the ini file, from the Data folder (Setup - About - Data Folder).

For many years, Microsoft no longer allows writing to ini file into the Program Files path.
