CT and Local time

We're using Magic RDS 4 with the UECP-Standard. Somehow the CT is sent with a wrong local time correction. It shows "-31" - obviously not possible!
The Windows Client has the correct local time (UTC+1) and the UTC-Time which is sent is totally correct. Even in the software we choosed the correct LTC - by the way, this has no effect whatsoever.
Do you have an idea what went wrong?

This seems to be the RDS encoder failure. What's the brand and model?

In current implementation, the Magic RDS 4 sends 'Real time clock' command without the local time specified (set to 0xFF = unchanged). The encoder probably misinterpretes that as -31. Such errors are quite often also in the encoders that boast full UECP support in promotional materials.
