Disable "New PI has been detected:"

How can I disable the pop-up window "New PI has been detected:"?

I have two OS: under Windows it does not appear, but I have it under Wine in Linux, although the files and folders are the same.

Close the RDS Spy. In the application folder, go to Plugins and delete the sample plugin myplugin.dll.

Under Windows you just need to rename the dll to another extension. Under Wine this does not work, you need to delete the file ...
