E-Mail Not Sending

I can no longer send e-mail from :Pira CZ via my ionos.com account.  Even appending the port number and activiting SSL does not work.  The Pira CZ programs says "Error: Connection Closed Gracefully."  WTF does that mean?

The connection is blocked by some reason, at the level of IP address or port.

The port is correct.  There is no option in Pira to set an IP address., so I don't know how that would affect it.

The connection is probably blocked, either by firewall, SMTP server or somewhere else. There's no way how to solve this in the Silence detector.
