Special characters encoding issue

Hi,

Have an issue here related with special characters.
My playout system can send metadata to a TCP, an UDP port and generate file.
If I send metadata to a specific port in Magic RDS 4 I get wrong chars...
If I listen the generated file (with same origin) it's ok.

Im using auto in external file coding setup and global set is encoding to ebu latin (if i choose basic latin, system change special chars to normal without accents wich is weird...)

I've the paid version.
What i am doing wrong here?
