Hello,

it's possible to use Gmail, but it needs to be configured according to the Vaibhav Jain post in this topic https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73365098/how-to-turn-on-less-secure-app-access-on-google.
So 2-factor authentication needs to be enabled and you need to use apppasswords to generate special password for the silence detector.

I generated an app password from my Google Account but unfortunately Google does not allow me to select SSL on the app also it is asking me to issue STARTTLS command first. How do I do that?
