We are using Pira32 RDS and AEQ AudioPlus playout software. Is it possible to activate nowplaying function? AudioPlus communicate with RDS via IP and UDP port.

It is possible of course. You may use this small app as a converter between TCP and serial connection:

The Magic RDS 4 also supports that kind of conversion, simply add a Virtual port to your PIRA32 connection. The AudioPlus will connect to that virtual port.

in communication betwen Audioplus and Pira 32 I must in Audioplus determine IP remote host and UDP port. But in Magis RDS4 I can't activate UDP connection type and
can't add a virtual port (Function not available in basic license). Any hint?

Jan:
To activate the virtual port functions, simply perform a bidirectional communication with the RDS encoder.
UDP protocol is not supported in this evaluation version, it will be added later. Use TCP instead.
