Problems with Win10 32bit installation

Hello,
The program installs correctly in Win10 64bit.
In Win10 32bit, the system hangs. Black screen. It installs correctly in Win7 compatibility mode. The same problem is with the firmware update.

You do not specify what program. For the Magic RDS 3, there's no known issue of this kind. The app runs on all Windows versions without need of applying any compatibility mode.

The firmware update is entirely different application from the Magic RDS. Thus the problem seems to be specific to that PC.
