Which antenna to use

i started making  pira5w transmitter so i want to know which antenna is best for use.

Cool project! What's the biggest hurdle you've faced building the transmitter? For me, it was definitely understanding antenna impedance matching – kept getting weak signals until I finally grasped the concepts. I spent hours reading up on it and experimenting.
