RBDS Speed

Can't seem to get the software settings to slow the RBDS Scrolling (update) speed down. It is too fast for some vehicles. Any thoughts (I've tried the settings in the software-unless I'm doing something wrong?)?

This RDS encoder allows full configuration of the dynamic/scrolling PS speed. There are two control items:

* Dynamic PS period - for Dynamic PS mode 0 and 2
* Scrolling PS speed - for Dynamic PS mode 1 and 3
If you mean Radiotext speed, there's no control field defined in the RDS/RBDS standard. Each receiver controls the speed by itself.
