Pira 75 does not display Frequency deviation

This naturally happens if the signal reception is insufficient.

What's showing the signal quality indicator? What about other stations?

Measuring mode must be enabled (menu item 10).

You are right, I did not care about signal quality.
It seems the unit requires more than 35dBµV .
