how do i connect to faxmodem?

I am running pira.cz on the remote computer with 192.168.1.200 in piracom.vip. The remote computer has US Robotics FaxModem connected to COM1.

I want to connect to that faxmodem on a local computer using windows fax and scan but nothing that I enter in the name of the remote works?
tried \\192.168.200
tried \\192.168.200:23
tried \\"PC NAME"\faxmodem (name of the installed fax modem in the remote)

What am I doing wrong?

Such content of the piracom.vip is incorrect, these must be the IP address of your LOCAL computer. Or do not use this feature at all before you get the communication working.
