ERROR: Connection Closed Gracefully

Hello!!! :o
In the last week the app detector silence no more send e-mail and display message on Closed Gracefully.
anybody can help me??!?!

If it worked before, the problem is probably not in the application. Does it show when you click on Test button or also in real operation?

I realized when I update the version and clicked on test, I was on the computer with the old version and has the same problem. :-\

The message is an exception, not an error. Sometimes this does not mean that there's a problem. It may be a message returned by the email server, i.e. the email may be delivered although the exception is showed in the test mode. If there's no email delivered, you should try another email client for sending the email, check the result and compare its SMTP settings with piraside.

the problem was the smtps server, server admin and i calling the piraside back!
