Where can I get a programmer to programm the PIC16F627A

Hi!
I am fairly new to the electronic thing. Started doing a Gunnmodulator, next will be stereo encoder and limiter and if all works by plan I will go for the pll.
Obviously the PIC16F627A needs to be fed with the software provided (Thanks again for schmetic, layout and software!!!) and I would like to do this but I don't know which programmer to buy.
If someone could point me to a suitable (if possible cheap) item on ebay I would be very thankful.
I won't need lots of features and/or flexibility it just needs to do this job.

The pickit 2 or pickit3 will do what you want and is available on ebay.
