We have lots of older Inovonics 712 Encoders.  What config do you recommend in order to properly connect RDS Magic to one?

It's the "Lite ASCII" encoder. You may send text messages from the Magic RDS 4: RT and/or Dynamic PS. RT+ is not supported by this encoder.
