I have virtual DJ and I have been trying to send the file to magic RDS4 and I keep getting program can’t be run in DOS mode?

What do you mean by "DOS" mode? You're trying to run the application on 30 years old machine?

No it’s brand new and I’m running windows 10 and I read up on it , it says older software will work on it?

Im not home till 6:30 pm eastern time but this is what messages said [this program cannot be run in dos mode]. Maybe if your around at that time you can walk me through it

It seems that I don’t get the error messages but how do you get titles of virtual dj playing on computer also have a Next track platinum player if that may help?

You cannot read exe file.

Configure the Virtual DJ to save the information to a text file. Then read that file in the Magic RDS 4. For details, follow the Virtual DJ documentation or community.

I keep getting the run around magic RDS tech department says contact virtual dj and now Hello,
 
I apologize but I can only answer questions that specific to VDJ. I cannot answer questions on third part software like RDS. what to do ??

The setup of saving "now playing" information into a text file is specific to VDJ. This has nothing to do with RDS. They should know this very well. Otherwise consider using of another broadcast automation.
