Title: Text Replacing & Task Scheduler screen enhancement

Suggestions for future versions...

Text Replacing screen:
Add column just for admin comments. Some REGEX & other commands are complex & not easily understood. The sequence of commands is often important. Allows documenting the purpose of each row.

Task Scheduler screen:
Allow row Insert, Delete & Move Up/Down via right click on Row (Already exists for Text Replacing screen).

We added JavaScript support to the External text tool, which allows admin comments.
