Hi everoyne.
I'm using DEVA Broadcast DB6400 FM Processor. It's built-in RDS encoder can be controlled via the RDS console. Can I use Magic RDS 4 for sending Dynamic PS to DEVA's DB6400 encoder?

Yes, you can since version 4.0.23
