Title: Windows 10 issue

Tried both old and new MagicRDS on a new Dell Windows 10 Dell desktop.  Both programs when commanded to shut down display Windows 10 not responding message.  Other programs shut down perfectly.

Please tell us more about the connection. This seems to be a driver issue, not a problem of the Magic RDS.

Agree.  I now think that it's a PC issue instead of a MagicRDS issue.  Our plan is to restore the PC to a factory setup and start over.

It was a Win10 PC issue, not a MagicRDS issue.  BTW can MagicRDS send pictures?

Only DAB radios can receive pictures.
