Title: Piracom doesn't close the TCP connection when stopped

Hi. Great app. I found out that the TCP connection is not closed when I press the Stop button (TCPView and Netstat showed it) and the port keeps binded. It closes the connection when I close the app or when I write a different number in the port field (without pressing Run button).
Also, it would be nice to have a combobox to select the local IP address the app uses for the endpoint (for PC with more than one IP address)

That's true and that was the intention for the original purpose of use.
This app is obsolete and I cannot promise it will ever be updated.
