Title: Text or Dynamic PS programing

I am using the Mini RDS for a christmas light show.  I'd like scroll a text message for our listeners.  The assembly and instruction manual refers to a "help" tab that isn't available in my version of the program.  Can someone advise me how to accomplish what I want or point me toward a help file?

You probably have a very old version called 'RDS 3S'. This version does not support dynamic features nor Radiotext.
