Title: micro rds encoder output monitoring

Is it possible, using the micro rds encoder and software, to monitor the rds information with the Pira fm analyzer?

I am experimenting with picking up text and sending it as rds.  I wish to experiment on the bench and not put anything on the air.  I have the fm analyzer.

Thank you,

Everything you need is one diode and two resistors as showed on the picture below.

For decoding RDS data via sound card use the RDS Spy software (http://rdsspy.com (http://rdsspy.com)).

FM analyzer can't be used if there's no FM modulation. A simple FM modulator solution is described here: http://pira.cz/rds/rdsmp3tx.pdf

The RDS spy is working perfectly.  Is there a way to force the micro rds encoder to pick up a playlist off of a website, or do you just pick up the now playing text manually?
