Title: Pira detect alarm, but does not take any action

We've installed Pira Silence detector on our Windows XP system, which is used as stream computer.
This get's the audio feed by line in of another computer with has the nonstop system.
As far as I can see I selected 3 tasks to start after silence detection of 60 seconds.
Start a mp3 file in the internal Pira mp3 player
Send an email

Neither of this happens, although the alarm is detected in the main screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Try to send Test email to assure the email is configured well.
