Title: Prefix Suffix

Good evening, I don't know if it's just me, but anything I write in the "Prefix" or "Suffix" field is ignored.
Where am I wrong?

It is a bug. When the keyword %CLEAR% is used in the Text Replacing, the prefix and suffix are sometimes ignored. It will be fixed soon.
