Title: Looking for WINSYNTH

Looking for a copy of an old program called WINSYNTH, it came with Phillips SA80XX PLL demo boards. It is a 16 bit program for windows 3.1x, 95, 98 so it is from early to mid 90's. Any help is appreciated.
