 :D ;D Jan rewiring again with new good connection i can see the frequency on lcd with pira.cz.
Bad news i have VCO but not locking on any frequency i will rewound L1 i think it must be 4 wounds and not 3 i use single side pcb i will let you the results thanks.

I have no idea what else you need. The wiring has been already published in this thread. There are pin numbers 1 to 16 on the transmitter's connector and pin numbers 1 to 16 on the LCD connector. Everything you need to do is to connect 1 to 1, then 2 to 2 etc. What I see on your last photo is something far away from the working connection.

Jan bro we have a miss understand in between.its not a short circuit somewhere the problem is only i have mistaken some data wire so give them to me please .wire wire from tx to lcd .

Some wire to LCD is probably broken or there's a short circuit somewhere. I think that any multimeter with beep function will help you better.

Jan you are right the led wasnt blinking flashing at startup the pic was burnt out now i get a new pic16F627 with xtal 6.4mhz succussfuly hex loaded i have little flashing at start up but i still have dots only when i put the lcd so my connection are wrong please help me in :-[ :-\ :'(

Jan as i see on the schematic from pin 1 to 16 its okey but all of them are used from the transmitter to the lcd are they in order .i am unable to see pira on the screen .please can u take a closer picture for conection between lcd and transmitter thanks.BTW we bought 2 pieces of pira175 last year we plan and 3 mini rds we plan to buye in the next year a rds

Usually the pin numbers are equal but there are some LCD modules on the market which have different pin assignment. However I don't think this is your case.
